What this site is
agentization-core.com is a static, informational website. There are no accounts and no logins. The two places that ask for personal information are the contact form and the demo request form.
Analytics
We count page visits and presses of the site's buttons with a self-hosted analytics instance running on our own infrastructure. It is cookieless: it sets no cookies, uses no cross-site identifiers, and does not follow you to other sites. We use these counts to understand which pages are read, nothing more.
Server logs
Like nearly every website, our web server keeps standard technical logs for security and reliability. They are used to operate the service and are not used to identify or profile visitors. They are kept for at most 90 days.
Hosting
The site and the forms' mail relay run on our own server in the European Union, in Helsinki, Finland. Traffic reaches it through a content delivery and security network that protects the site from abuse; when that network needs to check that a visitor is not automated, it may set a short-lived, strictly necessary security cookie. The site itself sets no cookies. Your display choices, such as the theme, motion and the command-line window's settings, are kept in your browser's local storage on your device only. What is stored is never sent to us; our analytics counts a press of the theme and motion controls as it counts the site's other buttons, without identifying you.
The contact and demo request forms, and email
The contact form asks for your name and email address, and optionally your company, role, intent, country and a one-line goal. The demo request form asks for the same and, so that we can shape a demo around your business, for the firm's industry and size, the work you want to see, the knowledge, data, tools and stack involved, and your own words about them; beyond name, email and firm every field is optional. Each submission is delivered by email, through a transactional email service, to Agentization Core. The message also carries the network address and country your request came from, to keep abuse out; the address is held in memory for one hour to limit repeat submissions, and the server keeps a short technical record of each submission for delivery troubleshooting.
If you use either form or write to us, we use your details to reply and for nothing else. We do not add you to lists, and we share your details with no one beyond the partner consultancy that takes on a commercial inquiry.
Your data in the product
The product principle extends here: we do not manage your data. Systems we build for clients run in the client's own infrastructure and repositories.
Agentization Core OS connects to the hosts, version control and artifact services the client chooses. Credentials for those connections are entered and kept on the client's side; the OS holds a scoped capability, never the credential.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. We answer within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
